Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to present a model of justice based on the ideas of Imam Ali (AS) with emphasis on organizational justice for the principals of theoretical high schools in Tehran and validation of the model.

research methodology: The research method in terms of research method is among the combined research (quantitative-qualitative) with an exploratory approach. Data collection in this research was done using documentary (library) method and interview and by selecting well-known scientific experts. The reliability and validity of this method is guaranteed. And to validate the model, the GOF index has been used for the measurement and structural model

Findings: The results showed that the components of courage, trust, appreciation, values, punctuality, participation and self-health are the components that managers need to establish justice

Conclusion: Organize responsibility and it can be concluded that the institutionalization of responsibility, courage, punctuality and spirituality are the foundations of organizational justice..
