Peer review process:

The process of reviewing and accepting papers:


1- The received articles are first reviewed by the editorial board and if they comply with the criteria of the journal, they are sent to two to three referees who have an opinion on the subject of the article for anonymous evaluation (selection of referees). will be the responsibility of the editorial board).

2- The editorial board is free to reject or accept, as well as to edit, summarize and correct the articles.

3- The author is responsible for the contents of each article.

4- The submitted articles have not been published in another journal or collection of articles, seminars (domestic, national or international) or have not been submitted to another place for publication at the same time.

5- All the submitted articles are kept in the archive of the journal in case of approval or rejection of the article, so the received articles will not be returned under any circumstances.

6- The content of the article should be in accordance with the goals of the magazine (this is decided by the editorial board).

7- According to the policies of the editorial board, the magazine is exempted from reviewing and publishing translated articles.

8- It is not prohibited to quote the contents from the quarterly by mentioning the source.

9- The order of precedence and delay in the publication of articles has nothing to do with the scientific value or the personality of the authors.

10- Dear authors, when submitting an article, include a letter stating that the article has not been sent to another journal for publication, otherwise the journal will be excused from submitting the article to the referee.

11- Authors can find out within a week after submitting the article about the quarterly magazine's decision regarding the initial acceptance of the article by the journal or rejection in the initial evaluation stage.

12- The purpose of the this Journal is to select articles that fit the magazine's themes and speed up the process of reviewing articles in a short time; Although sometimes it takes up to several weeks due to the delay in the judges' response.
