Presentation of Lean Management Deployment Model in High Schools of Tehran City

Abstract

Abstract
Background and Aim: The main purpose of this study is to provide a model for establishing lean management in junior high schools.
Methodology: The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose; In terms of descriptive-survey data collection method; In terms of data type, it is mixed (quantitative and qualitative). In the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 management experts who were selected by purposeful method and snowball, and using the results of content analysis, a questionnaire consisting of 7 sections and 60 questions based on the Likert scale was created.
Results: finally, the lean management model for schools with 7 main components. Management and leadership, structure, human resources, communication, technology, organizational culture and process and 60 identified sub-components were presented.
