Designing the Effectiveness Model of Education Managers in Lorestan Province (Case Study: Secondary School Managers)

Abstract

The aim of this study was to design an effectiveness model for secondary school principals in Lorestan province. The research method was Survey and exploratory-confirmatory. The statistical population includes 9 people in Experts and specialists the field of educational sciences and educational management and all Senior High School Administration in Lorestan province, a number of 411 people (211 men and 200 women). To determine the sample size, Using the Cochran test, 199 (102 men and 97 women) were selected as the statistical sample and were selected by Cluster random sampling method. The validity of the data tools was confirmed by Experts and specialists and Its reliability was 0.96 with Cronbach's alpha test. The normality of the statistical population was measured by skewness test and factor analysis and structural equations (path analysis) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the model designed based on 5 components (practical skills, management and leadership skills, intelligence and intellectual ability, personality abilities and communication skills) has a fit among secondary school principals in Lorestan province.
