The Relationship between Organizational Intelligence with self – Effiency and Occupational Satisfaction of high school Teachers in Jiroft

Abstract

the purpose of the present study has been to express the relation of organizational intelligence with self-efficiency and occupational satisfaction of high school teachers in jiroft small town. The research method is descriptive and of correlation type. The statistical society includes all the higschool teachers of jiroft small town in this study. In the academic year (91-92) , 234 persons were selected through using kerjessi_moorgan method. The measurement tools , in this research , are included  of organizational  intelligence questionnaire,(alberekht,2003), self – efficiency questionnaire (sharar,1982) andoccupational satisfaction questionnaire (smith , 1978). The descriptive statistical methods (the abundancy distribution table , grophs continuity , mean and standard deviation ) have been used for analyzing data and regression and correlation tests have been used in perceptive statistical level.
After analyzing the data, the results showed that there is a meaning ful relation between organizational  intelligence and self-efficiency and also occupational (p<1%).
There is a meaningful relation between the aspects of organizational intelligence(strategic view,common fate,tendancyfor changing and morale) and occupational satisfaction (p<1%).there is a meaningful relation between the aspects of organizational intelligence and self –efficiency (p<1%).
Also , the variable strategic viewis considered as a stronger variable of  investigation  for  occupational  satisfaction  proportionate to other  stronger variable of investigation for self –efficiency proportionate to other variables
