Self – Evaluation of Child and Young idea Nurture Societies of Fars Provience Based on EFQM from Point of view Teachers

Abstract

As the Selp – examination is a key process to accomp;ish  the  important   according  to the EFQM sublimity model, It can achiev to recognition the power point and important that leal to the sublimity of organization  and it,s exclling.  So  te aimof this study has been clacification the organizational sublimity  demensions in centers  of in tellectual  Bupbringing of children and adolescents of Fars provice, According to the EFQM model: the procedure of study was describtive and was the kind of  applied  researches.  Statisticed  society  included every teathers wheather fulltime and  parttime  employed  in  center of  intellectual  upbringing  of  children  and aclolescents  of  Fars  province  equal  141  Persons. It has  used  from  simple  accident sample procedure and Morgan scheme and for collecting  the  information  used from standard questinor of  European  foundation  quality  model. It has used  from  statistical  Procedurs  in  order  to  mining  and  analysiz  the  information  used in organizational sublimity. Model and  mono sample. The results  showed  that  in  this  evaluation, the center  of intellectual upbringing of children  and  adolescents  of  Fars  provice, gained  449 scores  of  1000, that 259  scores of  it  related  to  strength domain  and 190 scores  of  it, related  to  domain of results. The finelings of researchs indicate that in strength domain the scoreof leader ship criterinos is %57, policy and strategy %72, employers %53, partners and resources %57 and processes %33. And also in results domain the scores of customer results criterions is %22, the results of employers %43, society results %922 and the key results of performance %34 and except the results of society that has ahigh score, there is a meaning ful difference between the average of gained scores and the average of enpected scores at the %95 level in organizational sublimity model. We can say from the gained results the center of intellectual up bringing of children and aolscent Fars – Province will has away a head, to reach locality of gaining the organizational. submility that demands more special view  to  organizational different demensions such as  employers results. Because it has   gained the  least  score in this model.
