The mediating role of comprehensive management system of dynamic schools in the relationship between human resources management measures and organizational ambivalence of primary schools.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between high-performance human resource management practices and organizational ambiguity with the mediating role of the comprehensive management system of dynamic schools among primary school teachers in Shiraz.

Research methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose; In terms of nature and method, it was a description of correlation and in terms of time, it was cross-sectional. The statistical population in the present study was all primary school teachers in Yasuj (670 people) and according to Morgan table, the statistical sample size was 245 people and the sampling method was stratified. Three questionnaires of human resource management measures (Sarmad, 2014), The dynamic model of primary schools, Rezaiyan et al. (2023), and organizational ambiguity (Moradi et al., 2015) were used to collect research information. The content validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by experts and its reliability was determined after conducting an experiment between 30 teachers by calculating Cronbach's alpha for three questionnaires, respectively 0.84, 0.90 and 0.86. Pearson correlation tests and path analysis as well as SPSS and AMOOS software were used to test the research hypotheses.

Findings: The results of Pearson correlation test have shown that there is a positive and significant relationship between human resource management measures, the comprehensive management system of dynamic schools and organizational ambiguity. Also; the results of path analysis test showed that the comprehensive management system of dynamic schools is able to play a mediating role in the relationship between the comprehensive management system of dynamic schools and organizational ambiguity.

Conclusion: The comprehensive dynamic school management system facilitates the relationship between human resource management measures and the organizational ambivalence of Shiraz primary school principals.
