Introduction: Efficient human resources is the main indicator of the superiority of an organization compared to other organizations. Empowerment of human resources as the main capital of organizations has received much attention in recent decades. Therefore, the aim of the current research was to identify indicators and components of employee empowerment based on in-service training courses based on hyutagogy approach.
Methodology: The approach of the current research was qualitative and its method was synthesis. The research area included all the articles published in the last decade (2012-2022), of which 31 titles were selected as samples based on thematic content monitoring. Research data were collected by qualitative analysis of the studied documents.
Findings: By analyzing the data, the indicators of employee empowerment based on in-service training with a hyutagogy approach in 5 dimensions, 13 factors and 68 categories including the dimension of motivational components (individual components, professional components); The dimension of organizational components (paying attention to learning culture, drawing organizational policy, organizational needs assessment); strategic dimension (research and education); programmatic dimension (knowledge management, programmatic innovation, content and application resources); Management dimension (support, monitoring and evaluation, networking) were classified.
Discussion and conclusion: The results showed that for the effectiveness of in-service empowerment courses, the context of interactions and access to timely and effective content and training should be provided for the employees, and the empowerment process should be continuously monitored and evaluated. Also, the research aspects related to the transfer of knowledge to the professional and occupational environment can also be fruitful in this field.
