Abstract

Abstract

Objective: The present research was conducted with the aim of designing a classroom management model for teachers of the second year of secondary education in Lorestan province. This research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of approach, it was a type of mixed research of exploratory type. Survey method: the statistical population in the qualitative stage includes experts and experts in the field of educational sciences and educational management in the province's universities in the number of 36 people and in the quantitative stage all the teachers of the second year of secondary education in Lorestan province in the number of 4203 people (2114 men and 2089 women). Was. To determine the sample size, the statistical population of experts and experts using the method of targeted sampling and using the theoretical saturation method includes 13 people and the statistical population of teachers of the second year of secondary education in Lorestan province using the Karjesi-Morgan table, numbering 351 people (177 men and 174 female) were determined as a statistical sample and selected by random cluster sampling method. In order to collect research data, semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part, and researcher-made questionnaires were used in the quantitative part. The evaluation of the characteristics of the research tool in the quantitative part was used to calculate the validity of the content validity (expert opinion) and to evaluate the reliability of the tool, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, and the total coefficient of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.97. The results showed that the fit indices of the measurement model are in the acceptance area and indicate a good fit of the model. As a result, this indicates the alignment of the proposed components with the teachers' classroom management, so the constituent components of the classroom management variable at the 99% confidence level are significant and in the form of a conceptual model together, they correctly confirm the classroom management variable. Therefore, it is concluded that the general model of classroom management has a high fit.
