Lambda effect, multiple regression, multivariate variance analysis and LSD post-hoc tests were employed in order to analyze the data. The results revealed that there was a significant relationship between communication skills and conflict management strategies (P≤ 0.05). A relationship between the choice of conflict management strategy and the teacher’s experience could also be observed.
