The statistical population of the study was all junior secondary school teachers in District 4 of Karaj in 1999, which numbered 485 people, out of which 215 people were randomly selected as the sample through krejcie and morgan sampling table. Research instruments included milliman et al. At the same time, commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and job performance.
Conclusion: The statistical findings showed that the organizational commitment variable significantly mediates the relationship between spirituality in the work environment and teachers' job performance.
