Identifying the Themes of Curriculum Leadership in the Education System: A Phenomenological Study

Abstract

Background and aim: The curriculum leadership is leading school stakeholders toward obvious goals that considered for students according to The National Curriculum standards which is very important. So purpose of research was identifying the themes of curriculum leadership in the education system.
research methodology: The present research design is qualitative and the method used is a case study
Participants included principals of public schools in Sari
Quantitative data was saturated by semi-structured interview with 10 principal. Base on validity, transmissibility, dependability and Conformability, Validity and reliability of research verified. Data analyzing method was theme Analysis (global, organizing and basic) that classified by MAXQDA software version 2020.  
Results: The results were extracted in the form of a comprehensive theme (curriculum leadership), 4 organizing themes (curriculum implementation, curriculum development, curriculum evaluation and educational claimate
 Promotion) and 37 basic themes.
