Abstract

Nowadays, the variety and rapid environmental changes and increasing uncertainty have increased the importance of capital, such as human capital, which can lead to wealth creation. Social entrepreneurship in today's organizations can eliminate social problems such as unemployment, hidden unemployment, injustice in accessing services and social deprivation with optimal financial strategies. The purpose of this study was to introduce a new approach to social entrepreneurship in the policy making process of Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. The research method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) exploration method which is considered in qualitative part, qualitative content analysis and quantitative in survey. Statistical sample in qualitative section, 12 members of Islamic Azad University Board by snowball sampling method and in quantitative part, faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Mashhad Branch, 190 individuals were selected by stratified random sampling proportional to the size of the schools. Were. The method of analysis of interview data was selected in qualitative, open coding, axial and selective sections and in the quantitative section of single sample t-test. The findings of the qualitative section consisted of 44 open codes, 12 sub-components and 5 main components. The results of the quantitative research showed that all components of social entrepreneurship including land preparation, workforce training, adapting to community needs, wealth creation and skills Breeding in Islamic Azad University of Mashhad are above average.
