The organizational intelligence variable has positive direct effect (0.36) and total positive effect (0.336) and significant on organizational entrepreneurship variable (0.05). Knowledge management variable with indirect path coefficient due to organizational intelligence (0.154) and T (2.39) have indirect, positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship variable at the level of 0.05. Knowledge management variable with indirect path coefficient due to organizational intelligence (0.154) and T (2.39) have indirect, positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship variable at the level of 0.05. Also, knowledge management and organizational intelligence variables were able to account for 69% of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship variables. The value of the variance explained by the organizational entrepreneurship variable with respect to its t (7.79) is significant at the level of 0.05. The amount of variance explained by the organizational entrepreneurial variable with respect to its t (7.79) is significant at the level of 0.05.
