Comparative studying internationalizing high education in different countries of the world and presenting proper model in Iran

Abstract

In the global age, professors provide less information and do as interpreters which their responsibility is creating proper scientific environment to understand scientific agendas respectively. In this order, the main goal of curriculum planers and programmers is designing proper educational programs.
In this paper, the qualitative content analysis method with comparative approach has been used to study internationalizing approaches of high education curriculum in different countries and finally a proper model is recommended for Iran. Research sample includes universities and high education centers of countries such as USA, Canada and Australia which those have internationalized high education centers.
Research sampling method was conducted as targeted sampling among countries which those have internationalized high education centers.
Research findings include strategies, programs and activities for internationalizing curriculum and teaching and learning methods of high education in each country. Comparing strategies of USA, Canada and Australia indicated that the most important strategy of these countries was the internationalizing curriculum and learning methods and adding international content to existing curriculum and also changing physical place of professor and student without continuous interaction. Today's, priority is focused on internationalizing local and national curriculum in each country.
