Needs assessment of In-service Training Courses employees in office of education district 4 shiraz city.

Abstract

The goal of this research was needs assessment of In-service Training Courses employees’s point of view. This Research Methodology was descriptive-survey type and the statistical sample was determined by the census (N=90). The statistical society of this research was all of the employees in office of education district 4 shiraz city.. For data collection has used of researcher Questionnaire including 33 questions closed answer and 4questions opened answer. For verifying of questionnaire  structure that certified by formal validity and the questionnaire stability reported (KMO=0.85) in kronbakh alpha method. The data analysis has used of Descriptive statistics methods like frequency, means and Std.Deviation and for Inferential Statistics method with one-sample varialble. The results of this research showed that the needs of employees in in-service Training Courses was for normative needs(3.58), Felf Needs(3.84), Expressed Needs(3.86), Needs Comparative(2.47) and Needs Expected(3.38).Also, The conclusions of  the research showed that need assessment of In-service Training Courses has noted to normative needs,  Felf  Needs, Expressed Needs, Needs Comparative and Needs Expected.
