Abstract

 
Motivation is a basic concept of human resources in management that scientists hypothesizing it as key of organizational success. In Islamic documents such as the Holy Quran, this matter was mentioned.  The aim of present study was Comparison assessment of motivational theories of management in content spam of the Holy Quran. The method of study was quantitative content analysis. Statistical population was holy Quran content and selected documents of management consist of motivational theories. The data collection toll was checklist include 7 general them and 52 subcomponents of management motivation. Checklist has face validity. Using descriptive statistic (frequency and present) and inference static (Chi-Square Test) by SPSS, V16, to analyzing data. Finding showed that in whole of the Quran (114 Sore), 103(%90) was mentioned the components of motivational theory. These components were motivation of substantive (237, %60) of Sore, self-perfection and autonomy (55, %14), hegemony (40, %10), negativity (32, %8), just icing (24, %6), safety and social motivation (5, %2).Result showed that the Holy Quran has a global mention on motivational component of management. So using of this document by administrator, teacher and author of management is subjected.
