The Relationship between Creativity and Productivity of Human Resources

Abstract

    The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creativity and innovation between the productivity of human resources (staff) from Shiraz education district one. The research method was descriptive correlational. The population was more than 320 staff and the statistical samples (175 people) were selected based on Gorjesy and Morgan chart. In this study, three questionnaires measuring tool creativity (Torrance), innovation (Martin Patchen) and productivity (Echiw) were used and their validity and reliability were confirmed. In multiple regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between creativity and productivity of staff and human resources. The variables of creativity and productivity can predict efficiency. Also there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of creativity and productivity of human resources. Moreover, the fluid component and flexibility can predict efficiency.
