The data of the study came from three questioners, that is, Eysenck personality questionnaire, Goldberg mental health questionnaire, Halpin and Crafts organizational climate questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, a use was made of Pearson product moment correlation, t-test and multiple regression. The results of the study revealed that there was no significant relationship between personality traits (extroversion and introversion) and neither organizational climate nor mental health components. It was also indicated that there was a significant relationship between mental health components and the organizational climate of schools. Additionally, a significant difference was found between male and female teachers in terms of personality traits.
