ارائه مدل اخلاق کاری با تأکید بر معنویت‌گرایی در آموزش‌و‌پرورش

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: در نظام ارزشی اجتماعی، هنجارها ی جامعه، اخلاق کاری با نظامی از ارزش­های شخصی، باورهای دینی و تجارب گذشته و سطح آموزش همراه است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر معنویت­گرایی بر اخلاق کاری کارکنان آموزش­و­پرورش استان گلستان جهت ارائه مدل انجام شده است بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش به منظور ارائه مدل از رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. در مرحله کیفی پژوهش ، ابتدا 26 نفر از خبرگان به روش هدفمند انتخاب و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. سپس تحلیل داده­های کیفی با استفاده از روش کد­گذاری بازو محوری انجام شد. برای کدگذاری محوری در این پژوهش از الگوی پارادایمی استراوس و کوربین استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها:دریافته ها معنویت­گرایی به عنوان مقوله­محوری شناسایی شد. حاکمیت اخلاق، گرایش روانی و مدرن­شدگی به عنوان شرایط علّی، همنوایی اخلاق با سازمان، شناخت و فضای معنوی به عنوان شرایط زمینه­ای، ابعاد وجودی اخلاق به عنوان شرایط مداخله­گر، جامعه­پذیری اخلاقیات و مقبولیت معنویت به عنوان راهبردها در­نظر گرفته شدند و در نهایت پیامدها در قالب دو پیامد فردی و پیامد سازمانی دسته­بندی شدند.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: معنویت­گرایی در سازمان قاعده­ی نوپایی است که می­تواند نیرویی قدرتمند و ژرف را برای زندگی افراد به ارمغان آورد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: In the social value system, the norms of society, work ethic are associated with a system of personal values, religious beliefs and past experiences and level of education.
research methodology: In this research, in order to present the model, a qualitative approach and data foundation theory method have been used. In the qualitative stage of the research, first 26 experts were purposefully selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Then qualitative data analysis was performed using axial arm coding method. The Strauss and Corbin paradigm model was used for axial coding in this study.
Findings: Spirituality was identified as a central category. Rule of ethics, psychological tendency and modernization as causal conditions, conformity of ethics with organization, cognition and spiritual space as ground conditions, existential dimensions of ethics as intervening conditions, sociability of ethics and acceptance of spirituality as strategies Were considered and finally the outcomes were categorized into two individual and organizational outcomes.
Conclusion: Spirituality in the organization is a nascent rule that can bring a powerful and deep force to people's lives.
