The aim of this quasi-experimental and applied article is to provide research based evidence for the importance of Educational Management Model through acknowledging the effect of implementing key factors of organizational health, attitude and educational progress of the 2nd year girl high-school Geography class in 1992-93 academic years in Kuhdasht. The research was designed on the pre-test, post-test, and control and experimental research pattern (one class was elected as experimental and the other as control with the size of 25 students in each). The simple random sampling approach was used through which one school was selected in which one class was selected as experimental and the other as control. The study was done on the three stages:1) implementing the pre-test to measure the dependent variable in the two groups, 2) using analysis on the performance of experimental group in comparison with the control group, and 3) implementing post-test in both groups for measuring dependent variables. The tools for collecting data were two researcher made questionnaires having their content and facial validity and reliability confirmed by teacher mates and related software through statistical process. In this study, the flexibility of educational management model was utilized and the resultant of organizational health was extracted. The result of analysis of data demonstrated the effect of the educational management model on students’ achievement improvement, class organizational health, and student's positive attitude to the model.
