Introduction: Considering the reduction of the gap between generations and the need for relevant education, identifying generational diversity and the need for communication between generations in societies is a necessity. For this reason, in this research, identification of different generations and awareness of their education process has been done.
Research methodology: This qualitative article based on the strategy of foundational data theory method with coding method and paradigmatic model of Strauss and Corbin with a targeted approach, includes 14 academic experts and researchers who are related to the desired phenomenon in the fields of management, sociology and psychology of elites. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview with subject matter experts and continued until reaching theoretical saturation.
Findings: In the open coding phase, 301 codes were extracted from 14 interviews, which were converted into 65 more abstract concepts after analysis and labeling, and finally 14 categories were identified. After completing the open coding stage and creating multiple initial concepts, the second stage, namely axial coding, was performed. Then, the advanced Delphi method was used to measure the validity. The findings related to the retest reliability show that the result using the mentioned formula is equal to 79% and since the reliability above 60% is acceptable, it can be concluded coding done good reliability.
Conclusion: The central phenomenon is identifying the generation of revolution, holy defense, reform and change, sanctions and pandemic, and the causal conditions were considered legal, political and social situations. The context includes the cultural, economic and technological situation and the strategies of this research are the preservation of human capital and the development of human capital, which are analyzed in the intervening conditions of the type and structure of the organization and consequences were taken the type of norm, type of value, type of belief and type of behavior.
