A sample of 111 members was selected on the basis of Krejcie and Morgan’s Table through simple random sampling. The alpha indexes for Total Quality Management, Organizational Communications, and Employment Attrition questionnaires were 0.80, 0.949, and 0.774 respectively. To analyze data, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and ANOVA were employed. The results of the statistical analysis indicated that there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of total quality management and both organizational communication and job attrition. From among the dimensions of total quality management and organizational communications, support and leadership of principals, events of quality improvement, profit, and attention to customer had strongest predictive power.
