This descriptive-correlational study aimed to investigate the relationship of Organizational Culture and Intelligence to Job Satisfaction. The population of this study involved 70 personnel in Islamic Azad University in Eghlid. A random sample of 40 personnel was selected in accordance with Krejcie and Morgan’s Table. A use was made of three questionnaires of Organizational Culture, Organizational Intelligence, and Job Satisfaction. Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression inferential analyses were run to analyze data. The results of data analysis indicated that there was a significantly positive relationship between both organizational culture and organizational intelligence (all dimensions) and job satisfaction.
