Presenting the model of expanding quality performance in the intramural sports olympiad of the Ministry of Education and comparing it with mobile and internet addiction in students

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to present a model for improving quality performance in sports olympiads within schools of the ministry of education and compare it with mobile and internet addiction in students.
research methodology: The method of this research was mixed. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all students participating in the sports olympiad, principals of executive schools, physical education teachers and general managers of the provinces, deputies of physical education and health of the provinces. In this study, 35 face-to-face interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation was reached. In the quantitative section, 420 people were identified as the research sample and were surveyed using the standard questionnaire of parasuraman et al (1988). Excel 2010 and SPSS software version 19 were used to analyze the data and 2000 quality performance software was used to present the model.
Findings: The most important needs that were obtained from the interview and analysis of the servqual questionnaire, according to the focus group, went to the quality house as the voice of customers, and then 3 quality performance development matrices, according to the protocol adapted for the organization. Services were designed. Finally, using the model of quality performance, customers expressed their views and the needs to increase the motivation of participants and facilitators, and standard equipment and facilities are the most important needs of the school sports olympiad. They were also effective from the customers' point of view in terms of effective advertising and information, increasing the motivation of participants and presenters, and competing in the school sports olympiad. mobile and internet addiction have been better and more successful in meeting these students' needs.
Conclusion: The education organization and the authorities must take timely measures to provide solutions to the needs of those who are behind the rival of the sports olympiad in schools.
