Abstract
Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of organizational silence based on perception of political behaviors and organizational jealousy with the mediating role of job adjustment in Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province.
research methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method of correlation is causal modeling (structural equation modeling). The stratified random sampling method was selected using 354 people (216 employees and 138 faculty members) using Morgan table. Four standard questionnaires were used to collect information. Content and structural validity of the questionnaires were confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaires was ./74 respectively. In order to evaluate the relationships between latent and measured variables in the conceptual model, structural modeling of the data using both SPSS and PLS software was used.
Findings: The research findings indicate a significant role between the variables, that is, there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence, between the perception of organizational political behavior and organizational silence, between adaptability and organizational silence, and there is a negative relationship between organizational envy and job adaptability.
Conclusion: The results show the importance of variables of organizational envy, perception of organizational political behavior on employees' organizational silence.
