Explaining the Relationship between Managers Quantum Skills and Policy with Improvement of Decision - making System at the University of Mazandaran Province

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between the quantum skills of managers and policy-making and improving the decision-making system in the Azad university of Mazandaran Province.
research methodology: . Methodology of terms of purpose applied from the descriptive-correlational data collection method. The data collection tools were a standard questionnaire for giant quantum and Razavi quantum skills (2014) and a researcher-made questionnaire for policy making and improvement of the decision-making system, whose Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.864, 0.897 and 0.901 and their content was confirmed by experts. Data analysis and analysis were analyzed by structural equation modeling in SPSS, AMOS software.
Findings: The quantum skills of managers and policymakers have a positive and significant relationship with decision-making. The mediating role of policymaking in the relationship between managers' quantum skills and decision-making was not significant.
Conclusion: The relationship between managers ' quantum skills seems to be significantly related to decision - making system.
