Presenting a model of work ethic with emphasis on spirituality in education

Abstract

Introduction: In the social value system, the norms of society, work ethic are associated with a system of personal values, religious beliefs and past experiences and level of education.
research methodology: In this research, in order to present the model, a qualitative approach and data foundation theory method have been used. In the qualitative stage of the research, first 26 experts were purposefully selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Then qualitative data analysis was performed using axial arm coding method. The Strauss and Corbin paradigm model was used for axial coding in this study.
Findings: Spirituality was identified as a central category. Rule of ethics, psychological tendency and modernization as causal conditions, conformity of ethics with organization, cognition and spiritual space as ground conditions, existential dimensions of ethics as intervening conditions, sociability of ethics and acceptance of spirituality as strategies Were considered and finally the outcomes were categorized into two individual and organizational outcomes.
Conclusion: Spirituality in the organization is a nascent rule that can bring a powerful and deep force to people's lives.
