Self-management model for the development of students in the sixth grade of elementary schools in Shiraz city

Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide a model for self-management development in sixth grade elementary school students in Shiraz. This research is a qualitative research which was conducted using qualitative case study method. Participants in the qualitative section were experts and researchers in the field of management and education. Using snowball sampling technique and theoretical saturation technique, an interview was carried out with key interviewers. Using qualitative analysis, the findings were designed as a pre-organizer in four components (family, educational environment, planning, and social skills). These four components were extracted from basic components including: family function, family awareness, parenting style, lifestyle, emotional atmosphere of the family, empathy and intimacy, family empowerment, family resilience, academic eagerness, educational atmosphere, problem solving, Manpower (Teacher, principal and ...), Academic self-efficacy, Self-discipline, Educational perfectionism, Discipline, Admission regulations, Adherence to goal, Planning, Self-evaluation, Self-actualization, Self-awareness, Self-efficacy social adjustment And social development, communication skills, and social adequacy.
