Dimensions of Educational total Quality Management of Knowledge Based on Teamwork and Technology Acceptance with combined Research Approach

Abstract

This paper examines the implications of inclusive quality management based on technology adoption and teamwork using combined (sequential-explanatory) research. In this type of research, qualitative and quantitative data are collected and analyzed in a single study in two separate stages. In this paper, by studying the research literature, the research variables are identified and the results are presented in the conceptual model. The population of the study consists of 2320 faculty members in the Fars province. 253 individuals were selected using cluster sampling method using Morgan table. In order to better explain the results and to reveal the neglected cases in the quantitative phase, 14 in-depth qualitative interviews were conducted using purposeful sampling and snowballing. Cardiometry and Total Quality Management, a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was measured by confirmatory factor analysis as well as face validity (expert approval) and reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.712, 0.749, and 0.728, respectively. Data were collected through questionnaires and descriptive statistics techniques Structural equations have been analyzed during and modeled. Findings and findings showed that commitment, trust, responsibility, and constructive approach to teamwork influence overall quality management. Benefits of technology perception, ease of technology culture, attitude to technology have a significant impact on total quality management
