Study of relationship between Human Resources management Functions and Job burnout of high school managers: a case study

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship (determine the relationship) between the Human Resources management Function (including Recruitment, extensive training, internal mobility, security of personnel, clear job description, compensation and participation) with elements of job burnout among high school managers in Kurdistan province. The research approach is quantitative and its strategy was Descriptive. The study sample consisted of managers in high schools of Kurdistan province that was336 peopel.179 managers were determined by Cochran’s sample size formula. The random method used to selection of sample people. The tolls of Data collection are including two standard questionnaires :( HRF) and (MBI) . In analyzing the data, Pearson correlation and multiple regression was used. The results show that the relationship between the dimensions of Human Resources Function and individual performance factors explain there. This means that poor Human Resources Functioning components have been caused by low levels of personal performance (in the intensity and frequency). Between Human Resources Function and emotional destruction of the frequency components in the control component of α= 0.05 in a positive sense. This means that the poor performance of the Management mentioned components will lead to depersonalization and strong performance boost. Relation between emotional responses to the emotional intensity decay component (a negative correlation) is significant.
