Development Roadmap of Educational Processes in Higher Education Systems (Case Study)

Abstract

In the present study, after surveying and identifying the factors of organizational development (OD) for district 13 of Islamic Azad University, the conceptual model presented in shape of a development roadmap. The research community was district 13 of Islamic Azad University. Data collection was conducted through three kinds of questionnaires that surveying about those validities and reliabilities, based on type and nature of the instrument, tested on different methods. The first type of questionnaire to identifying the development factors, type II for determining the priorities with DEMATEL approach and type III for testing the research model developed and distributed. The development indices recognition performed with the respect of the previous studies, Delphi method and path modeling analysis techniques; and their Prioritization concluded by the DEMATEL systemic Method, according to the factors' influence/ influenced rate with respecting to the situation of research society. Eventually, regard to the previous research findings and outputs of the methods of the applied methods of this research, the final model of the research presented in the form of development road map for the understudied organization. The model has been proved from the expert group with 4.29 fitting degree and 95% Desirability. Data collecting concluded according to the concept of Delphi technique with three different kinds of the questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been probed with different methods regarding the type and nature of them. The main conclusion of the study has been presented in the form of development road map for understudied community in the eight main elements: "the goals and philosophy, the theoretical framework of development, development factors, executive processes, outputs, feedback and the communications between the components".
