Abstract

The University of Medical Sciences of Kermanshah was conducted. the research method is qualitative - quantitative). in the qualitative part, the method of data theory was used. the data collected using open coding, axial and selective coding were analyzed and the final pattern was extracted. in part, structural equation modeling was used with AMOS20 software. the population of this study consists of experts who have at least five years of working experience in the field of human resources of kermanshah medical sciences. data were collected in depth interviews with 18 faculty members, human resource managers. The saturation point of the data was completely tangible by the researcher. Sampling was carried on until the data collected from the last samples could not add new information to the data collected. so the information from the community in the study will be achieved through interviews with 18 theoretical اشباع. statistical population in the quantitative part of this study is employees of the university of kermanshah medical sciences in number 1500. to compute the sample volume, a simple classification method is used. then using the cochran formula the sample size was calculated and the final number was 306. to complete the research, two methods of library and field have been used. data collection tools are interviews conducted using valid scientific sources. findings indicate that the elements of electronic human resource management are as follows: structural factors, environmental factors, cultural factors, organizational factors, organizational factors, electronic planning, selection and e - development, e - planning
