Designing the interaction model of educational managers and identifying and prioritizing factors affecting it

Abstract

Introduction: The aim of the current research is to design a pattern of interactions among educational managers and to prioritize factors affecting it. research methodology: The research methodology of this mixed-type applied research has used two qualitative approaches with the ground- theory method and quantitative with descriptive analytical method A semi-structured interview was conducted with 19 subject experts in order to design a pattern of interactions among educational managers, which was a purposive sampling. The selection criteria of data saturation and data authenticity were confirmed by 5 subject experts In the quantitative part of the sampling method, the available sample number was100 people from the managers of education organizations in Fars province and the selection criteria was Morgan's table The measurement tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with40questions, whose content validity was confirmed and its reliability was measured with Cronbach's alpha of (0/81). Data analysis was done in the qualitative part by the method of Strauss and Corbin and in the quantitative part by the Friedman and chi -squer test.

Findings: After the interviews, 5selective codes,19central codes and98open codes were extracted Using the results obtained from the qualitative part of the research, the model of interactions among educational managers was designed In the quantitative section, the effective factors on the development of educational managers' interactions were prioritized that the existence of interest and motivation in principals is the most important strategy of school principals and the most effective people, and lack of attention to the culture and values of the society and procrastination in creating culture is the most important obstacle in the development of interactions.

Conclusion:The results of the qualitative part showed all the factors affecting the development of educational managers' interactions and finally led to the production of models in this field. the designed model also provided a comprehensive perspective of the development of these In addition to representing and highlighting the facts in the interactions of educational managers, interactions. The results of the quantitative part showed that school principals play the most important role in interactions, therefore they should strive to develop their cultural and social communication skills.
