Presenting a Four-layer Model of Feasibility and Effective Establishment of Resilient School

Abstract

Introduction: Today, the country's education system needs schools that can properly respond to the changes and challenges that occur in the environment; Appropriate response to these changes and developments has forced schools to be resilient. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a four-layer model of feasibility and effective establishment of resilient School.

Research methodology: The current research is applied in terms of its purpose, in terms of the method of data collection, document-libraries, and in terms of method, it is a meta-composite study. The statistical population of the research includes all documents, theses and articles published in domestic and foreign databases from 2003 to 2024, which were evaluated using the purposeful sampling method of 64 studies in the field of resilient schools, and using the content analysis method, the dimensions and codes respectively, and the importance and priority of each was determined by Shannon's entropy quantitative method.

Findings: The findings of the research showed that the codes of educational facilities, digital technology, collaborative leadership, crisis management, providing an online education platform, positive communication, high expectations, equal educational opportunities, safe educational environment, academic counseling, production and presentation of practical content, life skills training, Participation in educational workshops, positive relations with students, organizational commitment, community participation, government financial support, cooperation with the school, feeling of belonging to the school and the student council have the highest coefficient of importance.

Conclusion: Based on the results, it will be effective to pay attention to the components of infrastructure, management and planning, organizational culture, pedagogy, teachers, support and students for the feasibility and establishment of a resilient school. The designed model can be used as a suitable framework for educational planning and policy.
