Validation of the management model of development on organizational excellence in elementary school principals

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of the present study was to validate the distributed leadership model based on organizational excellence in elementary school principals.

research methodology: The method of the present research was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of its implementation method. The statistical population of the research included the principals of elementary schools of Shahyar, Mallard, and Shahreghods, respectively, in the number of 338, 149, and 100 people, and the statistical sample was based on the Cochran formula of 232 people, who were randomly selected from the three mentioned cities. became The data collection tool consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire with 6 components and 68 questions, the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha for the components was 0.75, causal 0.81, intervention 0.78, substrates 0.74. strategies were 0.72 and axial 0.71. Also, hypothesis analysis was done using structural equation method and Amos software.

Findings: the causal category, the intervening conditions and the contexts had a positive and significant effect on the central category, and the effect of the contexts and then the intervening conditions was greater. Also, the impact of the central category on the strategies and the impact of the strategies on the results has been positive and significant.

Conclusion: According to the results of this research, the principals of primary schools should use distributive leadership strategies to delegate as much power, authority and responsibility as possible to the teachers, in order to improve their psychological and structural capabilities, and create favorable conditions for the cooperation and participation of the teachers for growth and To improve the level of schools in all dimensions and provide organizational excellence of schools.
