Abstract

ddresAddressing the field of education and learning to develop the competencies of the organization's employees is one of the vital aspects of organizations. The new mission of examining the issues and challenges of employee training with new approaches is one of the main concerns of executives and decision makers at the organization level. The major need to provide trainings that reduce the gap between science and experience, knowledge and practice in educational processes, considers teaching and learning as a competitive advantage, the most effective organizational activities.

The shortcomings of traditional training methods, rapid changes, and transformations required the need to create a new approach and provide a new model for employee training. The main goal of the research was to provide a model of education and learning management to empower the employees of Malik Ashtar University of Technology
