تحلیل الزامات حفظ و ارتقاء بهره‌وری تربیتی، آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشجومعلمان در وضعیت کرونایی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تحلیل ادراکات و تجارب زیسته­ی مشترک از الزامات حفظ و ارتقاء بهره­وری تربیتی، آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشجو معلمان در وضعیت کرونایی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام‌شده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. محیط پژوهش، شامل اساتید، مدیران گروه و معاونان آموزشی، فرهنگی و پژوهشی و هم چنین دانشجو معلمان مستعد دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال 1401 بوده است. در پژوهش حاضر، افراد نمونه به‌صورت هدفمند تا کفایت نمونه نظری به تعداد 27 نفر (15 نفر استاد و 12 نفر دانشجو معلم) انتخاب شدند. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد که روایی و اطمینان‌پذیری آن مورد تأیید بوده است. در فرایند انجام مصاحبه­ها درمجموع 201 کد اولیه (مفاهیم پایه)، 4 فرا مضمون و 17 مضمون سازمان دهنده استخراج و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ­ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد بهره‌وری دانشجو معلمان با الزامات فلسفی، آموزش و یادگیری ترکیبی، بستر فناوری و عوامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وری در دانشگاه اعم از خلاقیت و نوآوری و فرهنگ کیفیت قابل تحقق هست. درنتیجه، با این الزامات فلسفی؛ درک عدم قطعیت‌ها، جهت‌گیری‌های فلسفی، بنیان‌های فلسفی آموزش مجازی و فلسفه یادگیری معکوس می‌توان در شرایط کرونایی به بهره‌وری تربیتی، آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشجو معلمان در دانشگاه فرهنگیان فائق آمد.
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: با کاربرد الزامات حفظ و ارتقای بهره وری در دانشجومعلمان در شرایط بحرانی جامعه می توان شاهد آموزش و یادگیری کارا و اثربخش و در نهایت بهره ور در دانشگاه فرهنگیان گردید.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the requirements of maintaining and improving the educational, educational and research productivity of student teachers in the corona situation with a phenomenological approach.
research methodology: The qualitative research method is phenomenology.The environment of the research includes professors, group managers, and educational, cultural and research assistants, as well as talented student teachers Farhangian University in 1401. In this research, the sample people were selected purposefully until the theoretical sample was sufficient in number of 27 people (15 professors and 12 student teachers). Thematic analysis was used in the data analysis, the validity and reliability of which has been confirmed. In the process of conducting interviews, a total of 201 primary codes (basic concepts), 4 meta-themes and 17 organizing themes were extracted and analyzed.
Findings: The findings showed that the productivity of student teachers can be realized with philosophical requirements, Blended teaching and learning, technology platform and factors affecting productivity in the university, including creativity and innovation and quality culture. As a result, with these philosophical requirements; Understanding uncertainties, philosophical orientations, philosophical foundations of virtual education and the philosophy of reverse learning can overcome the educational, educational and research productivity of student teachers in Farhangian University in the corona situation.
Conclusion: By applying the requirements of maintaining and improving the productivity of student teachers in the critical conditions of the society, it is possible to see efficient and effective teaching and learning in Farhangian University.
