تبیین روابط چندگانه میان قابلیت جذب دانش با بهبود کیفیت علمی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت علمی در دانشگاه‌های منتخب اصفهان

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی روابط چندگانه میان قابلیت جذب دانش با بهبود کیفیت علمی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت علمی در دانشگاه­های منتخب اصفهان بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی تمام وقت دانشگاه­های اصفهان (593 نفر)، علوم پزشکی اصفهان (643 نفر) و آزاد اسلامی واحد خوراسگان (236 نفر) در سال تحصیلی 92-1391جمعاً به تعداد 1472 نفر می­باشد. که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه­ای تصادفی متناسب با حجم، تعداد 177 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه قابلیت جذب دانش منبیوا و همکاران (2003) با 10 سؤال و پرسشنامه بهبود کیفیت علمی براساس مدل برنامه بهبود کیفیت علمی (2012) با 30 سؤال با مقیاس پنج درجه ای لیکرت بود. روایی پرسشنامه­ها به صورت محتوایی، صوری و سازه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و ضرایب پایایی آنها با استفاده از میزان آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 88/0 و 95/0 محاسبه گردید. در این پژوهش داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری 16SPSS و 18Amos مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بین قابلیت جذب دانش با بهبود کیفیت علمی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد، هم­چنین بین مؤلفه­های قابلیت جذب دانش (توانایی کارکنان و انگیزش کارکنان) با تمام  مؤلفه­های بهبود کیفیت علمی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت. نتایج حاصل از مدل معادله ساختاری نشان داد که قابلیت جذب دانش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر بهبود کیفیت علمی دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to examine the multi relationships between knowledge absorptive capacity and academic quality improvement from the viewpoints of faculty members at Isfahan selected Universities . The research method was descriptive and correlational type . The statistical population consisted of 1472 faculty members of Isfahan selected Universities from wich a sample size of 177 was chosen through stratified random sampling . The research instruments included, Minbaeva et al (2003) knowledge absorptive capacity questionnaire . To study academic quality improvement , a questionnaire based on AQIP Scale was utilized . The questionnaires validity was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis  and  their Cronbach alpha coefficient was estimated 0.88 and 0.95 respectively . The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity and academic quality improvement components (p<0.01) . Also there is positive and significant relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity components (employees’ ability and employees’ motivation ) and academic quality improvement components (p<0.01). The examination of the findings through structural equation modeling indicated that knowledge absorptive capacity had a significant and positive effect on academic quality improvement .
