رابطه هوش اجتماعی با مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و خلاقیت دانش آموزان هنرستان‌های شهر شیراز

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش اجتماعی با مهارت­های کار آفرینی و خلاقیت دانش­آموزان به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش­آموزان هنرستان های شهر شیراز بود که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای نمونه شامل 240 دانش آموز انتخاب شد. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه­های هوش اجتماعی سیلورا و همکاران (2001)، پرسشنامه مهارت­های کارآفرینی الیان بیچ (2007) و پرسشنامه خلاقیت عابدی (1372) استفاده گردید. پایایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرانباخ  بترتیب 72/0، 85/0 و 89/0، محاسبه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون) صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین هوش اجتماعی و ابعاد آن با مهارت­های کار آفرینی (314/0) و خلاقیت (233/0) دانش­آموزان رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد هوش اجتماعی و ابعاد آن، قدرت پیش بینی معناداری برای مهارت­های کار آفرینی و خلاقیت دارند. از بین ابعاد هوش اجتماعی بعد آگاهی اجتماعی پیش بینی کننده­ی خلاقیت و ابعاد پردازش اطلاعات و مهارت‌اجتماعی به ترتیب قوی­ترین پیش بین برای مهارت‌های‌کارآفرینی بودند.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between social intelligence with entrepreneurship skills and creativity based on descriptive - correlation method. The population in this study,  amounting to 240, included Shiraz technical high school students, altogether. These students, were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling methods as samples of the study. To collect information questionnaires: Tromoso social intelligence(2001), Elaine Biech entrepreneurship skills(2007) and creativity questionnaire of Abdi. Furthermore, the data analysis of descriptive statistics (mean and SD) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and regression) were carried out. The Reliability of the instrument through the application of cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated as  .72 , .85 and .89 respectively.
The results showed that social intelligence and its components had positive significant relationship with entrepreneurship skills and creativity. The analysis of regression indicated that social intelligence and its components had a significant predictive power for students entrepreneurship skills and creativity. Among the components of social intelligence, social awareness components could predict creativity. the components of information processing and social skills respectively were the strongest predictors for entrepreneurship skills.
