The present study aims to identify the main causes of differences in road construction projects and its messages for training and development of human resources. The statistical population of this research includes civil and architectural engineers with more than 5 years of experience and the samples were estimated by non-purposeful method based on the statistical method of 43 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, it was approved by 5 professors and experts and to assess the reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of / 84. Calculated. Data evaluation was done using SPSS and Excel software. Also, in order to analyze the data, the mathematical relations of mean weight, mean and okpala formula have been used. At the end of the study, according to the determined factors, proposed solutions to reduce the possibility of lawsuits in construction projects in fifteen factors in the field of road construction with the aim of developing and training human resources and increase maximum productivity and reduce human resource waste are presented.
