چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و سلامت سازمانی در فرایند جانشین پروری در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش به کار گرفته شده به لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهش های کاربردی بود و به لحاظ شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات جزء پژوهش های توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس که مطابق آمار کارگزینی اداره کل؛ 150 نفر بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه، با استفاده جدول مورگان بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری  تصادفی، تعداد 108 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مک کری وکاستا، سلامت سازمانی هوی و فیلدمن و جانشین پروری هورنا بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه های استاندارد در مطالعات گذشته مورد تایید بود و در این پژوهش نیز روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها توسط متخصصان تربیت بدنی بررسی و تایید گردید، پایایی پرسشنامه ها توسط الفای کرونباخ بررسی و در تمام مولفه ها بیش از 7/0 گزارش شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. در سطح توصیفی میانگین و انحراف معیار و در سطح استنباطی از آزمون  ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان استفاده شد
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و سلامت سازمانی با جانشین پروری رابطه معنی­داری وجود دارد. بین ابعاد سلامت سازمانی با  جانشین پروری رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. ویژگی شخصیتی قابلیت پیش بینی کنندگی جانشین پروری را دارد.
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: به نظر می­رسد جهت می توان از ویژگی های شخصیتی و ابعاد سلامت سازمانی جهت جانشین پروری ادارت ورزش و جوانان فارس استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and organizational health in the succession process in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars province.
research methodology The research method used was part of applied research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method it was part of correlational descriptive research. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars Province, who according to the employment statistics of the General Directorate; There were 150 people. To determine the sample size, 108 people were selected as a sample using Morgan's table based on random sampling. The data collection tools in this research included three personality traits questionnaires by McCree and Costa, Huey and Feldman's organizational health, and Horna's succession. The validity and reliability of standard questionnaires were confirmed in previous studies, and in this study, the form and content validity of questionnaires were checked and confirmed by physical education experts, the reliability of questionnaires was checked by Alpha Cronbach and reported more than 0.7 in all components. became. In order to analyze the collected data, it was evaluated at two descriptive and inferential levels. At the descriptive level, mean and standard deviation, and at the inferential level, Pearson's correlation coefficient test and simultaneous regression were used.
Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and organizational health with succession planning. There is a significant relationship between dimensions of organizational health and succession. Personality traits can predict succession.
Conclusion: It seems that personality traits and dimensions of organizational health can be used for the succession of Fars Sports and Youth Administration.
