نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی در رابطه هوش معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه‌های کرمانشاه

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف کلی پژوهش ارائه­ی الگوی ساختاری نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی در رابطه هوش معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه­های کرمانشاه بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزشی استان کرمانشاه ازجمله دانشگاه­های آزاد، علوم پزشکی، پیام­نور، مؤسسات غیرانتفاعی و علمی کاربردی (13718 نفر) بود که نمونه پژوهش بر اساس جدول مورگان به تعداد 374 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه­های استاندارد عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلد اسمیت (2009) و پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینک (2009) و رفتار شهروندی ارگان (1988) بود که روایی پرسشنامه­ها قابل‌تأیید بود و توسط روایی صوری نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت؛ پایایی ابزار نیز توسط آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 90/0، 82/0 و 77/0 به دست آمد. پس از توزیع پرسشنامه­ها بین نمونه­ها و جمع­آوری؛ داده­ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتیجه ناشی از فرضیه اصلی
یافته ­ها: پژوهش نشان داد که هوش معنوی دارای رابطه مثبت و معنی­دار با عملکرد سازمانی است (89/0 = β؛ 35/16 = T-value) و این رابطه از طریق رفتار شهروندی نیز وجود دارد (062/1 = β؛ 22/19، 56/15= T-value). علاوه­براین نتایج نشان داد که اثر رفتار شهروندی بر عملکرد سازمانی نیز مثبت و معنی­دار بود (18/1 = β؛ 22/19 = T-value)؛ اثر هوش معنوی بر رفتار سازمانی مثبت و معنی­دار گزارش شد (18/1 = β؛ 22/19 = T-value).
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: تمرکز بر هوش معنوی و رفتار شهروندی در خصوص تحقق عملکرد سازمانی می تواند موجب موفقیت سازمانی شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The overall purpose of this study was to provide a structural model of the mediating role of citizenship behavior in relation to spiritual intelligence with organizational performance of Kermanshah university staff.
research methodology: The research method of the present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all employees of universities and educational institutions in Kermanshah province, including free universities, medical sciences, Payam-e-Noor, non-profit institutions and applied sciences (13718 people). The sample of the research based on Morgan table was 374 people using the sample method. -Random capture, were selected. The instruments of this study were the standard questionnaires of organizational performance of Hersey and Gold Smith (2009) and the Kink Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2009) and Organ Citizenship Behavior (1988). The reliability of the instrument was obtained by Cronbach's alpha of 0.90, 0.82 and 0.77, respectively. After distributing the questionnaires among the samples and collecting; Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
Findings: The result of the main hypothesis of the study showed that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with organizational performance (β = 0.89; T-value = 16.35) and this relationship also exists through citizenship behavior (β= 1.062; T-value= 15.56؛ 19.22). In addition, the results showed that the effect of citizenship behavior on organizational performance was positive and significant (β = 1.18; T-value = 19.22); The effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational behavior was positive and significant (β = 1.18; T-value = 19.22).
