تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر تجاری سازی تحقیقات در حوزه علوم تربیتی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: تجاری سازی تحقیق در چند دهه اخیر به عنوان رویکردی جدید در تحقیقات دانشگاهی و علوم طبیعی گسترش فراوان یافته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین عوامل موثر بر تجاری سازی تحقیقات در حوزه علوم تربیتی است.
روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. مشارکت کننده گان، پژوهشگران حوزه علوم تربیتی بودند. روش نمونه گیری، از نوع هدفمند بود و با استفاده از شاخص اشباع نظری تعداد 16 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. نگرش و دیدگاه آن ها در خصوص  چالش ها و مشکلات فرا روی تجاری سازی تحقیقات علوم تربیتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مصاحبه ها با استفاده ارتباط مفهومی و ویژگی های مشترک بین کدهای باز، مفاهیم و مقولات یا مفاهیم ترکیبی مشخص شدند.
یافته ها: برای تحلیل داده ها و نتیجه گیری از یافته های تحقیق از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد؛ نظرات صاحب‌نظران و افراد با تحصیلات، سوابق کاری و تجارب مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش را از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته دریافت شد که حاصل این کار منجر به یافتن مؤلفه‌های جدیدی برای تجاری سازی در حوزه علوم تربیتی گردید.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، به فقدان سیاست ها و بسترهای لازم برای تجاری سازی که به نوعی به نبود قوانین حمایتی، آیین نامه و دستور العمل های اجرایی و نقصان زیرساخت های آیین نامه های قانونی موجود اشاره دارد. بر همین اساس، دولت و هیات ناظر بر مراکز تحقیقاتی و دانشگاهی باید ضمن تدوین آیین نامه های مربوط به بسترسازی و اعمال سیاست های تشویقی موثر، در مورد  ایجاد مهارت های لازم و به وجود آوردن انگیزش و فرهنگ تجاری سازی در پژوهشگران عرصه علوم تربیتی و سوق دادن آن ها به سمت تجاری سازی تحقیقات اقدام کنند. علمی کردن تجاری سازی و دستیابی به قوانین مستحکم همچون سایر علوم، تا حد زیادی به کاربرد نتایج علوم تربیتی در موقعیت های واقعی زندگی بستگی دارد. همین امر باعث تقویت و توجه کاربردی کردن و تجاری سازی تحقیقات علوم تربیتی می شود و در نتیجه تجاری سازی تحقیقات است که باعث ارتقای آکادمیک هر چه بیشتر علوم تربیتی می شود، و باعث کارکرد، کاربرد و اثرگذاری آن در جامعه می شود.

چکیده [English]

The commercialization of research has expanded in recent decades as a new approach to academic research and natural science. The goal of present study is explaining the Factors Affecting the Commercialization of Research in Educational Sciences. The research approach used the kind of qualitative methodology by Content analysis, in this research, interviews using the conceptual linkage of common features between open source code, combined concepts and concepts or concepts have been identified. The sampling method used in this research, it is a qualitative-purposeful sampling And using the theoretical saturation index 16 educational science researchers were interviewed as a sample of the research community. Their attitude and attitude towards the challenges and challenges facing the commercialization of educational science research were examined. Data analysis and conclusions from the research findings were used through content analysis. Then the researcher, the opinions of experts and educated people, Obtained work experience and experiences related to the research topic through semi-structured interviews this led to the development of new components for commercialization in the field of education. The commercialization approach of research for the educational sciences can to achieve scientific competence, strengthen the scientific nature and increase understanding of public awareness as a feedback process is the result of commercializing research it promotes academic excellence in the educational sciences, and contributes to its functioning, application and effectiveness in society.
