طراحی چارچوب اخلاق سازمانی با رویکرد اسلامی: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی چارچوب اخلاق سازمانی در پارادایم اسلامی تولید علم بود.
روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع توسعه­ای با طرح کیفی و با استفاده از روش مطالعه‌ موردی چندگانه ابزاری شامل تحلیل اسناد و مصاحبه نیم‌ساخت مند انجام شد. جامعه این پژوهش شامل همه متون و اسناد و هم چنین صاحب‌نظران حوزه اخلاق سازمانی است. نمونه مورد نظر، به‌صورت هدفمند از میان منابع در دسترس و هم چنین از طریق نمونه­گیری گلوله­برفی انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از مطالعه اسنادی و مصاحبه نیم­ساختمند با آگاهی‌دهندگان کلیدی (با تکنیک اشباع نظری) بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها در قالب شبکه مضامین پایه، سازمان دهنده و فراگیر دسته­بندی و سازماندهی شدند. برای اعتبار یابی داده­های کیفی از روش همسوسازی استفاده شد و سرانجام چارچوب مورد نظر در 3 بعد بینشی، نگرشی و کنشی و مشتمل بر 53 مولفه طراحی گردید.

چکیده [English]

The Aim of the present study was to design an organizational ethics framework in the Islamic paradigm of science production. This research was a qualitative design based on a multi-instrumental case study including document analysis and semi-structured interviews. The research population includes all the texts and documents as well as the experts in the field of organizational ethics. The sample was purposively selected from available sources and also through snowball sampling. Data were collected using documentary study and semi-structured interviews with key informants (theoretical saturation technique). The data were analyzed by thematic analysis. Findings were categorized and organized in terms of a network of basic, organizing, and inclusive themes. The alignment method was used to validate the qualitative data, Finally, the framework was designed in three dimensions of vision, attitude and action, consisting of 53 components.
