واکاوی تیم های‌ مجازی پژوهشی در نظام آموزش عالی کشور: مطالعه موردی کیفی

چکیده

با توجه به نقش محوری تیم های مجازی پژوهشی در تولید دانش، پژوهش حاضر در پی کاوش چگونگی دانش آفرینی مبتنی بر توسعه تیم های مجازی پژوهشی و روش پژوهش کیفی و مبتنی بر یک مطالعه موردی انجام گرفته است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته بوده و به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، با به کارگیری روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، با 26 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی فنی و مهندسی با تجربه ی عضویت در تیم های مجازی پژوهشی از سه دانشگاه شیراز، تهران و صنعتی شریف به عنوان سه دانشگاه برتر کشور، مصاحبه انجام گردید. سپس داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار Nvivo از طریق فن تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و در قالب مضامین پایه، سازماندهنده و فراگیر دسته بندی و شبکه مضامین سازماندهی شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، تیم های مجازی پژوهشی(مضمون فراگیر) دارای اهداف، راهبرد، الزامات، جو منفی مشارکت و کارکرد (مضامین سازماندهنده) هستند که هر یک دارای ابعاد گوناگونی(مضامین پایه) هستند

چکیده [English]

In fact, role of research virtual teams in knowledge creation is very important., the present research seeks to explore how knowledge creation is based on the development of virtual research teams. The method of qualitative research is based on a case study. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews. In order to collect information, using a targeted sampling method, 26 faculty members with technical and engineering experience with membership in virtual research teams from three universities in Shiraz, Tehran and Sharif Industrial Company was interviewed as the three top universities in the country. Then, the data was analyzed using the NVIVO software through thematic analysis fan and was organized in the form of comprehensive themes, organized themes and basic themes. Based on the result, the virtual research teams (comprehensive themes) have goals, strategies, requirement, negative atmosphere of participation and function(organized themes). each of which has different dimensions(basic themes).
