مقایسه آسیب های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های دولتی و آزاد اسلامی

چکیده

هدف مقاله حاضر مقایسه آسیب های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های دولتی و آزاد ایران بوده است. پژوهش به شیوه کمی و با استفاده از روش توصیفی- مقایسه ای انجام  شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه آسیب های اخلاق حرفه‌ای 119 گویه ای محقق ساخته، که دارای سه بعد فردی، سازمانی و فراسازمانی بود، استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرانباخ، 84/0 به دست آمد. جامعه آماری شامل همه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های دولتی شامل پیام نور، علمی کاربردی و روزانه و هم چنین همه واحدهای دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی سراسر کشور بود که از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، تعداد 400 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد بین دانشگاه آزاد و دولتی در زمینه آسیب ها در زمینه عوامل فردی در همه ابعاد شامل مفهوم شناسی اخلاق حرفه‌ای، شخصیت و مهارت ها تفاوت معنادار بود هم چنین در زمینه عوامل سازمانی در ابعاد ساختار سازمان، جذب و نگهداشت، اخلاق شغلی و نظارت و کنترل تفاوت معنادار و در ابعاد مدیریت و رهبری و عامل فرهنگ سازمان تفاوت معنادار نبود. هم چنین نتایج نشان داد بین دانشگاه آزاد و دولتی در زمینه آسیب های مربوط به اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بعد فرا سازمانی در ابعاد اقتصاد و فرهنگی- اجتماعی تفاوت معنادار و در بعد سیاست گذاری تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت.

چکیده [English]

The present paper aim was to compare of professional ethics injuries in the faculty members of public and free Iranian universities .The study was done quantitatively and using descriptive– comparative method. In order to collect data from the questionnaire researcher -made were used by professional ethics questionnaire of 119 dimensions. which had three dimensions: individual, organizational and super organizational. Validity of questionnaire was approved by formal validity and comment by experts in the field of training management and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha 0/84. The statistical population consisted of all faculty members of government universities and all university units throughout Iran which were selected as samples through multi-stage cluster sampling. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS software 21. The results that there is a significant difference between the free and public university in the field of individual factors in all dimensions and in the field of organizational factors in all dimensions except the management and leadership factor and the organization culture factor. the results showed that there is a significant difference between the free and public university in the field of super organizational in all dimensions except for policy.
