The main objective of this research is "providing talent management model for high school principals in Shiraz". This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, it is a survey type. The survey population included 188 schools and 1110 people Director and Vice-Presidents. The sample size was determined through the Morgan table of 290 people. Using a simple random sampling method (taking into account the fact that at least one manager is elected for each school, as an example), the sample was selected. In this research, a 39-item researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of the research tool was confirmed through the validity of the instruments. The research tool was also obtained through the Cronbach's alpha of 0.899.
The results of the implementation of the structural test and the final model of talent management in Shiraz schools indicate that the path coefficients of the attraction component have the highest path coefficient and in the second place the component of the promotion of talent and in the third place of evaluation and discovery of talent and in the fourth place It is also a component of retaining talent and ultimately in the fifth place of education component.
