رابطه آینده‌نگری با هوش سازمانی، خلاقیت سازمانی و تعالی سازمانی در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به منظور ارایه مدل

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر رابطه آینده­نگری با هوش سازمانی، خلاقیت سازمانی و تعالی سازمانی در دانشگاه­های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به منظور ارایه مدل بود. روش اجرای آن توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه اعضای هیأت علمی تمام­وقت و نیمه­وقت دانشگاه­های آزاد اسلامی مازندران در سال 1397 که حدوداً 750 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 254 نفر تعیین گردید. روش نمونه­گیری، تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع کتابخانه­ای و میدانی بود. داده­ها بر اساس سه پرسشنامه استاندارد آینده­نگری آسکول (2003)، هوش سازمانی آلبرخت (2002)، خلاقیت سازمانی گیلفورد (1967) و پرسشنامه تعالی سازمانی پیترز و واترمن (1982) گردآوری و تنظیم گردید. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق کارشناسان و اساتید دانشگاهی متخصص تعیین و تأیید گردید. پایایی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هر چهار متغیر بزرگ تر از 7/0 محاسبه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با کمک نرم­افزارهای SPSS22  و PLS  Smart  و از آمار توصیفی (جداول توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و واریانس) و از  آمار استنباطی (مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری و روش آنتروپی) استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین آینده­نگری با هوش سازمانی، خلاقیت سازمانی و تعالی سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری بود. بر اساس یافته­های پژوهش، آینده­نگری دارای چهار بعد مدیریتی (13­مولفه)، ساختاری (11 مولفه)، پژوهشی (6 مولفه)، فرهنگی (3 مولفه) بود و برازش مدل پژوهش نیز تأیید گردید.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate prospective relationship with organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational excellence in Islamic Azad universities in Mazandaran province in order to present the model. The method of its implementation has been descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the study was all full-time and part-time faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran in 1397 who were about 750 people. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table of 254 people. Sampling method was selected randomly. The method of data collection was library and field type. The data were collected based on three questionnaires of Ascoll's Future Assessment (2003), Albrecht Organizational Intelligence (2002), Guillard's Organizational Creativity (1967), and Peters & Waterman Enterprise Excellence Questionnaire (1982). Validity of the questionnaire was determined by expert experts and professors. Reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all four variables larger than 0.7. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-22 and SmartPLS softwares and descriptive statistics (frequency distribution tables, mean and variance) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling and entropy method). The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between future orientation with organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational excellence. According to the research findings, the foresight had four dimensions of management (13 components), structural (11 components), research (6 components), cultural (3 components) and appropriateness of the research model.
