استنباط‌های رهبری آموزشی مبتنی بر شناخت خدا وانسان در تفسیر المیزان علامه طباطبایی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتقا و گسترش نظریه­ی تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی، به ارائه­ی اقتضائات رهبری­آموزشی ازطریق شناخت ویژگی­ها و صفات خدا و انسان در این حوزه­ی خطیر، می­پردازد. راهبرد این پژوهش کیفی برای ارائه­ی استنباط­های رهبری آموزشی، تحلیل مضمون آیات مربوط به صفات خدا درحیطه­ی هدایت و تکامل بشر و همینطور آیات ارائه شده در باب چگونگی رهبری پیامبر در جهت سوق افراد به سوی این هدف عالی­است. بنابراین که تفسیرالمیزان یکی از کامل­ترین تفاسیر ارائه­ شده از قرآن محسوب می­گردد، آرا علامه ­طباطبایی در این ­تفسیر، به­ عنوان ­اصلی­ترین­ و اساسی­ترین منبع­گردآوری­ داده­ها مورد ­مطالعه قرارگرفت و سپس داده­های جمع­آوری شده با روشی استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل واقع شد. نتایج بررسی­ها دربرگیرنده نکاتی ناب و کاربردی در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی بود. براساس استنباط­های مبتنی برخدا شناسی، رهبر آموزشی باید بداندکه به واسطه روح الهی دمیده شده در انسان، خداوند امکان پرورش صفات خود را نیز در وجود انسان قرار­ داده است که با تقویت آن­ها می توان در رهبری آموزشی نیز از آن­ها بهره برد. صفاتی مانند علیم و قیوم از جمله­ی این صفات است که به ترتیب بیانگر لزوم تسلط علمی و تخصصی مدیر، تدبیر و توانایی مدیریتی وی و در نهایت آگاهی و هوشیاری وی نسبت به مسائل مبتلی­به است. صفات رزاق و رب مقتضی تلاش برای بهبود توان مالی و پرورش فکری فراگیران بوده و صفت رحیم ایجاب می­نماید که نسبت به آن­ها تا حد امکان مهربان باشد. از مطالعات درحوزه انسان­شناسی ­نیز، ­لزوم­ برخورداری­ رهبر آموزشی ­از­ ویژگی­هایی ­چون ایمان، عمل صالح، محبت، مشورت، توکل، اعتدال، عدالت و مساوات و همینطور استقامت و پایداری  استنباط می­گردد.

چکیده [English]

This project aims to upgrade the theory of Islamic education by presenting Educational Leadership Requirements through recognition of the attributes of God and man. The method of this qualitative research to provide educational leadership requirements is analysis of the meaning of Quran’s verses, related to God's attributes and leadership of the Prophet in the field of mankind's guidance and evolution. As Almizan commentary is one of best commentary of Quran, the comments of AL lame tabatabaei is studied as the main sources of data. The data is analyzed after data collection. The results of the research includes pure and practical points in the field of educational management: Based on the inference of the theological basis, every educational leader must know that God has given the possibility of cultivating his attributes in human and also educational leader through his divine spirits in man .there are some God’s attributes like all knowing &wise that expresses the necessity of mastering the manager's scientific and professional knowledge, his managerial skills and ability, and also his awareness and vigilance about the issues. As he is all provider, teacher& gentle, the educational leader must also try to improve the financial and intellectual development of learners and also be nice to them.according to the attributes of man, an educational leader must have faith, good manner, kindness, consult, trust, moderation, justice, Endurance and assiduity.
